1. What is Kyore®?

Kyore® is a French football-inspired brand blending culture, art, and football. Each jersey tells a story, a tribute to nations & icons, and the shared passion that unites fans worldwide.

2. When will my order arrive?

Regular Orders (In-Stock)
Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery generally takes:
• Standard: 7–12 business days
• Express: 3–5 business days

Pre-Orders
• Fulfillment: shipped according to the timeline shown on the product page
• You will receive updates via email

Mixed Orders
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will be shipped together.
For faster delivery, place separate orders.

3. Will the Champions jerseys be available again?

Yes, but availability depends on the release type:

Restocks (Past Editions)
Iconic jerseys like the Senegal or Morocco editions will return in strictly limited, pre-produced batches ready for immediate shipping.
You must join the waitlist for priority access.

New Editions (Upcoming Finals)
All new Champions Editions will be launched as exclusive Pre-Orders, celebrating major football victories in real time.
Production timelines will always be clearly stated at launch.

5. Which sizes are available?

Sizes range from XXS to XXXL.
If a size is not visible on the product page, it means it is currently out of stock.

6. Which size should I choose?

Our jerseys follow European sizing with a slightly relaxed fit.

We recommend ordering your usual size.
For best accuracy, please refer to the size chart before ordering.

⚠️ This is an adult men's sizing guide and is not suitable for children.

7. Can I exchange or return my item?

We offer a 14-day return policy, subject to conditions.

Items must be:
• Unworn
• In original condition
• With all tags and packaging

We strongly recommend reviewing our return policy before ordering to avoid unnecessary returns.

8. Can I return or exchange an item due to wrong size?

To maintain product quality and operational efficiency, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors.

10. How should I wash my jersey?

• Wash inside out at 30°C (cold wash)
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron directly on prints or embroidery
• Hang to dry in the shade

11. Can I customize the jersey with a name and number?

Each Kyore® jersey is designed to tell a story.

For example, Champions Editions are produced with a fixed "CHAMPIONS" and year print.
To preserve their authenticity and exclusive value, these designs cannot be altered or personalized.

Some jerseys are intentionally created without customization options.
