Regular Orders (In-Stock):
- Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery generally takes 7-12 business days (Standard) or 3-5 business days (Express), depending on your location.
Pre-Orders:
- Fulfillment: Pre-ordered items will be shipped according to the estimated timeline specified on the product page. You will receive production and shipping updates directly via email.
- Mixed Orders: If your order contains both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order is ready. If you wish to receive the in-stock item immediately, please place two separate orders.
