RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Modifying an Existing Order: If your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process, you may request a size or address change by contacting us at hello@kyore.co.
Please note: For Pre-Orders, any modification requests must be submitted within 72 hours of placing your order. Once the production process has commenced, we can no longer guarantee that changes will be accommodated.
Returns and Exchanges (Standard Policy): We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@kyore.co. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective (see below).
Pre-Order Cancellations: All Pre-Order items (such as new Champions Editions) are Made-To-Order. Because funds are immediately allocated to manufacturing these exclusive, limited-run garments, order cancellations for a refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Cancellations requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Sale Items: All sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Incorrect Size Ordered: Our return policy does not cover issues resulting from ordering the incorrect size. We provide detailed size charts on every product page. Please review these carefully before placing your order.
Damages, Defects, and Order Errors: We hold our manufacturing to the highest Tier-1 standards, but rare errors can occur. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 14 days) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer a replacement or full refund for valid claims. Note: Defects and damages strictly refer to issues that compromise the garment's construction or visible aesthetic (e.g., misaligned heat-press, torn fabric). Minor details such as excess thread on the interior of the garment do not qualify as defects.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If your tracking status shows no movement for an extended period, courier delays may be the cause. However, if your tracking indicates the package was "Delivered" but you have not received it after 7 business days, please contact us immediately.
Important: We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an invalid address, we can reship the item to you subject to a redelivery fee.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in its original, unworn condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
